How Do I Place An Order?​

When you decide which items you required, simply click 'add to order" and follow the prompt. If you have difficulty, please contact me.



Payment and Shipping

The shipping will be by International Air Priority Post. This service out of New Zealand is not tracked currently. For tracking, we will need to use door to door courier, but I will happily quote first. In some cases, it is quicker using post. Some countries may charge customs duty for the knitwear.

Payment is via PayPal or you can pay via direct credit or any credit card. Simply contact me and I can give you the details



Returns & Refunds

All products are guaranteed and if you are not satisfied, I will happily replace the item or refund. Please note that I am unable to refund postage costs.​
